Learn to Code: Simple Counter using AngularJS 2

I will be sharing to you all simple coding tutorials for those who wanted to learn how to code during the quarantine.
Here is my first tutorial, A simple AngularJS web application called Simple Counter. I am using AngularJS CLI so it’s easy to setup.
You need to install Node.JS before starting the tutorial.
You also need a web editor, I am currently using WebStorm but you can use a free editor called Visual Studio Code.

For #1, #2,#5, these are commands that can be done using Terminal
